Anything can bring your energy out of balance:  relationships, food, weather, sleep or sleeping patterns, working too much or your job, sounds, colors, environment, computer / TV or technology, exercise (too much or too little) … literally anything.

Just a glance at the current world situation will tell you that the world is NOT in harmony, NOT in balance.

I blend holistic health, mind and energy work to give a full picture of the energy around you. If anyone knows how energy can affect you, it is me. I have spent my life dedicated to energy work via vibration, studying classical piano for over 20 years and transitioning to energy via a holistic health model for the last 17 years.

I use methods such as tarot to help see the energy surrounding you and utilize and give techniques from Ayurveda and Yoga to help balance and harmonize that energy. 

Life coaching sessions are done with a glimpse from the tarot or chakra reading and can read imbalances in the mental, emotional, physical, spiritual or financial areas of your life.

Ayurveda and Yoga are ways of living. Yoga is self-realization. It is the journey to remember who we are, which is the ultimate goal of the human life. Yoga is the spiritual journey. Ayurveda is the practical journey. It is through Ayurveda that we start to learn how the body works, how the world works around us, and how to bring ourselves back into balance mentally, emotionally and physically. These sciences work together and help us to become more refined individuals.
