These sessions done via Skype run 15-25 minutes and are focused on breathwork only. Different techniques may be covered that are specific to your dosha or situation. Method is explained and then we do session together. A pdf is provided for your convenience. Other yogic elements may be included if it feels necessary.

Breathwork will focus on your goals and objectives – better digestion or weight loss, stress relief, concentration and focus, improved sleeping, calming nerves and anxiety, balancing body, balancing chakras, improved energy, better meditation – or whatever you want to focus on.
